HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

All orders usually take 1-2 business days to be processed and then shipped after placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Packages are sent via USPS. On holidays or when we have sales, please allow 3-6 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Also, depending on the size of the order, such as bulk orders, it may take 4-10 days to process and ship. Your patience is greatly appreciated. DURING HIGH VOLUME SEASON OR HIGH VOLUME DUE TO PRODUCT DEMAND OR SALES, THIS TIME WILL TAKE LONGER. DURING THESE TIMES, WE ASK FOR YOUR COMPLETE PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders are shipped out by the United States Postal Service, http://www.usps.com/. A tracking number will be sent to your email with the invoice. Please provide us with an email address that you check often. For our international customers, once the package has left the United States it can be tracked by your country's postal service after clearing customs.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Free shipping for domestic orders over $75 and international orders over $250! We offer a flat rate of $5.99 for domestic shipments and $18 for international shipments.
